Our factory covers 12,000 m² and is equipped with more than 300 advanced production machines, delivering a strong monthly capacity of 500,000 pieces. Sampling can be completed in 3–7 days, and bulk production within 2–3 weeks, ensuring fast and reliable delivery. With fully automated and semi-automated production lines, we can flexibly accommodate both small custom orders and large-scale programs while maintaining consistently high quality.

Factory Certifications

With 30 years of customization experience, we are well-versed in working with global clients and hold multiple international audit certifications as well as brand authorizations. We cooperate with client-requested factory audits and maintain standardized, transparent production management at all times. We also frequently invite customers to visit our factory, allowing them to directly observe our manufacturing processes, quality inspections, and management systems—building confidence in our production capabilities and product quality.

Sample Room

A professional R&D team and engineers ensure every sample accurately reflects the design requirements. We support OEM & ODM services, enabling rapid development, adjustment, and refinement of samples to bring your ideas to life in the shortest time. Before mass production, clients can receive existing samples for free quality inspection or opt for custom sampling to confirm every detail — fully customizable in style, fabric, color, logo, and functionality. With an efficient sampling process, we help clients launch new products faster and reduce market risks.

In-house Laboratory

Our factory operates its own laboratory and independent QC department, performing multi-stage inspections and full traceability from raw materials to finished products. We rigorously test for color fastness, fabric strength, abrasion resistance, and safety to ensure every item meets international standards and brand requirements. Multiple quality checkpoints, real-time monitoring, and data recording guarantee stable production quality, giving customers full confidence in entrusting their brand to us.
